Ribbon Fiber Stripper RS02/03/03-80
Applications
- The RS03 series is designed to heat optical fibers with a built-in heater and remove their coating using a stripping blade.
Features
- 01
Reduced Pulling Force for Easier Coating Removal

An ergonomically designed body enables coating removal with approximately 25% less pulling force compared to previous models.
- 02
Stripping Condition Control

RS02/03 heating conditions are automatically adjusted via wireless communication based on fiber type whenever the splice mode changes.
- 03
Battery Capacity for RS03

The RS03 is equipped with a high-capacity battery that supports up to 600 stripping cycles.
Customer Benefits
The RS02/03/03-80 is designed for ease of use, requiring minimal force during stripping. With an optional spacer, short leads of 3–5 mm are possible, and the fiber holder is compatible with the FH-100 series. It also features a high-capacity battery supporting 600 stripping cycles—six times larger than conventional models—and wireless connectivity with smartphones for adjusting operational parameters.
