We offer a range of equipment necessary for splice various special optical fibers, including polarization-maintaining fibers such as PANDA fiber, thin-diameter fibers, large-diameter fibers, and multi-core optical fibers. In addition to proposing optimal equipment tailored to manufacturing applications—such as optical components, optical devices, and optical fiber sensors—as well as R&D purposes, we also provide recommendations on splice conditions according to the specific application.

Specialty Fiber Fusion Splicer FSM-100 series
It is suitable for splicing a wide variety of optical fibers, including heat-sensitive thin-diameter fibers, large-diameter fibers, and polarization-maintaining fibers.

Core Alignment Fusion Splicer 100S Kit
100S Kit is a core alignment fusion splicer for single optical fibers. Since it can conduct two optical fibers preparation simultaneously, it reduces splicing time compared to conventional models.

Mass Fusion Splicer 100R Kit series
100R Kit is a mass fusion splicer for single optical fibers up to 16 fiber ribbon. The “Automatic Optical Fiber Seating Function” reduce the need for re-setting the optical fiber.
Stripper & Cleaners

Single Fiber Stripper SS05
SS05 is a tool for stripping the coating of single optical fiber. The coating diameter supported ranges from 125 μm to 3 mm.

Ribbon Fiber Stripper RS02/03/03-80
This is a tool for removing the coating of optical fibers by heating, supporting up to 16-core fiber. It features a blade gap adjustment switch for 0.5-core fibers and offers a lineup for clad diameters of 80 µm.

Specialty Fiber Stripper SS110
SS110 is a tool for removing the coating of optical fibers with minimal stress, with specially shaped stripping blades. By replacing the stripping blades, it can used for various types of optical fibers.

Polyimide Coating Stripper PCS-100/100L
PCS-100 is a tool for removing polyimide coatings using blades, without the use of chemicals or flames. The coating is stripped by sliding the blade along the fiber.

Ultrasonic Cleaner USC-03
USC-03 is an ultrasonic cleaner for optical fibers. It washes away coating removal debris from the fibers.

Advanced Optical Fiber Cleaver CT110/111
CT110/111 is a tool for cleaving single-core quartz optical fibers. It supports cladding diameters ranging from 80 to 250 μm.

Large Diameter Optical Fiber Cleaver CT114/115/116
These are tools for cleaving single-core optical fibers. We offer models equipped with an automatic backstop function for cleaving complex structured fibers

Optical Fiber Cleaver CT60
CT50 is a tool for cleaving optical fibers ranging from single core up to 16-core. Equipped with high-performance fiber clamps and high-quality blades, it enables stable and high-quality cleaving.

Optical Fiber Cleaver CT52/58
These are tools for cleaving single-core optical fibers with cladding diameters of 125 µm and 80 µm. By using spacers, the cleave length can be adjusted to 3–5 mm or 8–10 mm, enabling shorter splicing points.

Nyfors Cleavers
This is a machine for cleaving optical fibers. It is used with FH-100/110 series fiber holders. You can select the optimal model according to the type of optical fiber. Compressed air is required.
Protectors

Protection Sleeve
Protective sleeve is a tool for proteting splicing position. They are heat-shrink type and support from single core up to 24-core fibers. A variety of applicable diameters and lengths are available.

Optical Fiber Recoater FSR115/116/117
These are devices for recoating fusion splicing point with UV-curable resin. Depending on the model, it supports recoating lengths of up to 50 mm and 100 mm.

Nyfors Recoaters
This machine applies and cures UV-curable resin to protect splicing point, reconstructing the coating. It uses a silicone resin mold.
Fiber Optic Fusion Splicing Training
Fujikura offers fusion splicing training courses with optic fiber handlings. Through these courses, you will gain an understanding in fiber optic communications, installations, testing procedure with necessity equipment.
